Half Day surf lesson
Our half day surfing lessons on Gower comprises a 2 hour lesson (Changing time not included). We start off right from grass roots and adapt our tuition as we go to suit your needs. All Equipment and tuition included
Full Day surfing
Our Full day surfing days on Gower comprises a 2 hour lesson in the morning then time for lunch followed by more surfing action in the afternoon. All Equipment and tuition included
1-2-1 surf lesson
Progress 1-2-1 surf lessons give you the chance to spend time just you and one of our very patient and experienced coaches. These surf lessons last between 1 ½ - 2 hours. All Equipment and tuition included
Stag & Hen Surf Weekends, (Swansea & Gower)
Stag & Hen surfing weekends with Progress Surf are a right laugh! We actually get in the water with you to help keep you safe. We love to join in the fun and banter and will give you lots of tips and tricks that will help you enjoy your surfing experience. All Equipment and tuition included
Kids birthday surfing parties
Surfing birthday parties are a really fun way for kids to spend their special day. All are guaranteed to have a great time surfing with us. Also we have reduced our prices which means that birthday surfing parties are now more affordable. All Equipment and tuition included

After school surf club
Progress Surfing after school surf club, runs at Caswell bay during term time Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Evenings at 4.30. Lessons last for 1&1/2 hours. All Equipment and tuition included
Summer holiday surf club
These surf sessions are held at Llangennith and are the perfect way for kids to Progress their surfing skills in slightly more powerful waves (Good for beginners & Improvers). Summer holiday surf club runs Mon-Friday, 1.30pm, for 6 weeks during July-August
Family Surfing lessons
We really enjoy working with families so this season we have introduced our family surfing offer to make it more affordable to take the whole family surfing, 2 hour lesson. All Equipment and tuition included
